I designed a smart speaker with a touch screen for hotel chains, providing music, room control, and contact-free room service. Extensive user research and prototyping efforts were dedicated to improving its aesthetics, usability, and privacy features. Released in 2020, this smart speaker is now available in various domestic and international hotel chains in Korea, including Mayfield, Novotel, and Hayy.
