Hello. I am Mu, an industrial designer and design strategist, with a major in industrial and strategic design from Aalto University in Helsinki, Finland. As a designer, I strive to develop feasible, viable, and desirable design solutions by utilizing design tools and strategies based on design thinking. Currently, at Korea Telecom, I design telecommunication-based devices. Previously, I participated in multiple design projects with companies and organizations such as Samsung, Nokia Music, Whirlpool, VTT, the City of Helsinki, and HOAS during my studies.
Besides work, I live with my wife, Hyunjin, whom I met while studying at Aalto, and our schnoodle, Pepper. I have a strong interest in service design, creative sustainability, graphic design, and furniture and lighting design (especially vintage pieces). I enjoy cooking and consider myself quite good at it (at least, my wife loves it). I am also keen on photography, Finnish sauna, baseball, and golf.
