The ordinary tabletop order device functioned merely for ordering and payment, leading to poor integration of devices, card readers, and stands, resulting in unpleasant user experiences in hygiene-critical environments like restaurants and cafes. Hi-Order 2 was developed through comprehensive design research and collaboration with customers, staff, store owners, technicians, and product managers, addressing hidden problems and insights to create a more hygienic and efficient design. The device features an internally stored battery, a seamlessly detachable customization board for displaying information, and adaptable clamps for easy installation in various store environments.
