Through extensive research conducted in collaboration with various stakeholders—including manufacturers, installation crews, customer service staff, salespersons, and, most importantly, customers—we gathered numerous valuable insights. These insights have been applied to enhance the overall output.
TDDI has been implemented to provide a more consistent and competitive service experience at every stage of the product-related journey. This encompasses not only the product’s use but also its production, promotion, information search, sales, and maintenance.
